Are animals ours to eat?

Animals pick us and we them, to share our lives together, love each other and bring happiness to each other.

Can you ever own another living entity?!

To realise all animals have feelings, I was shocked when I realised that cats and dogs smile!

That animals understand fear and feel pain.

Imagine you're in an abattoir, the smell, the sounds, the fear and that's your last memory...

Can any meat taste good after all of that suffering?

I have eaten meat in the past and it's not something I have ever really enjoyed, but their sacrifice isn't worth it for me...

If I sound like I'm judging, I'm not, but if someone else is like me. Giving up meat wasn't that hard.

But we have free will, those breed in captivity for food do not.

Just think about it and if there is no real enjoyment, try meat replacements instead.

Even if just for one day, you might actually like it.
